With President Obama struggling to raise the debt ceiling, 10,000 American troops start to be pulled out the war in Afghanistan, a war US hopes to draw down its military commitment after the killing of Ben laden deep inside Pakistan partly because an average of 100 billion dollars are being spent each year in this decade long conflict. The embattled President Obama knows clearly that he has to facilitate the domestic economic recovery first before the next election.
