Getting a train ticket for the journey home is the wish of hundreds of millions of Chinese people. But to getting a train ticket during the Spring festival travel rush, this is no easy task. As 2012 comes, China’s Spring Festival travel rush is due to kick off. The 2012 Spring Festival travel period is expected to last 40 days, beginning January 8th, and ending on February 16th. To cope with the coming rush, the country’s railway system has launched online ticket-booking and a real-name ticket purchasing system, which requires passengers to provide their ID numbers when buying tickets.
