Dialogue 11/25/2012 US secretary of state debate continues

Who will be the candidates for the US Secretary of State, an important position to implement the US foreign policy? With debates going on concerning Susan Rice the most likely candidate to be proposed by the Obama Administration the answer is still hanging in the air. However what is even more important is not who will be in that position but what kind of policies the new Obama Administration is going to have toward Asia. Is it going to be a continuation of re-balancing in Asia or is there going to be a dramatic change?
