Yes, it's quiet strict.

2.Do you agree with Yellow light stop?
Yes, this clause may protect pedestrians better.
There should be some technical support for this clause, like a countdown timer on green light.
No! It's so dangerous for drivers to stop suddenly at the yellow light.
It's hard to say, depending on I'm driving or walking.
3.Will amended traffic law change your life?
I usually walk or ride bicycle, and I feel safer now.
I usually drive. I have to be extremely cautious now, and this makes me nervous even angry.
I used to dirve, but I decided to use public transportation more after the new traffic law published.
