The picture on the screen is a grapefruit. This kind of fruit is good for one's health. It's said to be a good remedy for coughs and colds. It's also juicy and refreshing, a bit sweet, a bit tart and just a little bit bitter.

In China, grapefruit are planted in the south. A county named Changshan, located in Zhejiang Province, is a famous grapefruit producing area. One day, a group of people came to an orchard in Changshan County, each carrying a tool. What were they up to?
It’s a technology support team. They are farmers from Jiangjia Village of Qingshi Township in Changshan County. They provide technology and management support for a plantation of 100,000 mu of grapefruit destined for export, a so-called export base.

The man talking to the team is Xu Rongxin. He is the chairman of Changshan Tianzi Grapefruit Group, the largest fruit exporter in Changshan. Every year, two days after the Beginning of Winter, the grapefruit harvest begins in Changshan. On that day, Xu and his technology support team came to the base to pick grapefruits.
