For more insight on the aftermath of the hostage-taking in the Philippines, we are now joined by Mr Raymond Zhou, China Daily Columnist.

Q1: Hello, Mr Zhou, some survivors from the hostage crisis have now returned to Hong Kong. Some are still receiving medical treatment in Manila. Psychological trauma is more difficult to recover from than physical injury in such an accident. What measures need to be taken to help survivors fully recover?

Q2: What measures do you think the Chinese government should take to help protect the safety of Chinese citizens overseas?
