Q1: Hello, Mr Zhou, some survivors from the hostage crisis have now returned to Hong Kong. Some are still receiving medical treatment in Manila. Psychological trauma is more difficult to recover from than physical injury in such an accident. What measures need to be taken to help survivors fully recover?
