Construction of Lindu airport in Yichun city began in July 2008, and operation started in August 2009. The runway is 2,300 meters long, and 45 meters wide. The airfield's technical standard is 4C. The terminal building covers 2,800 square meters, and can handle 142-thousand passengers a year.
