US President Barack Obama has declared an end to the seven-and-a-half-year US combat mission in Iraq. Both countries have paid a huge price in the war. And facing the situation, Obama says it's time to turn a new page. Full Story>>

And now for a closer look at the withdrawal of US combat troops in Iraq. We are joined by current affairs commentator, Professor Hua Shiping, a visiting fellow at Peking University, and Mr. Li Guofu, who is a senior research fellow at the China Institute of International Studies.

Hello, Mr. Hua and Mr. Li. In his address to the nation, President Barack Obama declared an end to the US combat mission in Iraq. With regards to President Obama's speech, what do you think the US-Iraq relationship will be like in the future? Professor Hua? And what's your opinion, Mr. Li?
