The athlete's village is where the athletes and team officials stay during this Asian Para Games. And the successful running of the Games cannot be done without thoughtful arrangements.

The residential buildings inside the Athletes' village are equipped with non-barrier facilities.

Yuki Lu, service manager of Asian Games Village, said, "This is a ramp, its' placed wherever necessary. And this one is a movable handrail specially designed for people who suffer from disabilities. This one is a wooden chair. It’s used to replace the wheelchair in shower. And if any emergency happens, one can push this bottom, and our staff will come to help out."

The main dining on the other hand also made some adjustments for the convenience of the athletes.

Another place worth mentioning is the wheelchair and prosthesis maintenance station, which is specially established to assist the Para athletes.

Working staff said, "Mostly we make maintenance on wheelchair and prosthesis, but if one's prosthesis is broken or wore out, we just make him a new one. And we try our best to keep the period of maintenance within one day so that if won’t affect the athletes a lot."

Even though that shorten the repairing period stands for working overtime, the working staff are still filled with enthusiasm.
