While Li Na was able to claim the title in the final at Roland Garros, it was another tough loss on the clay for Roger Federer. However, the world number three appears ready to bounce back at Wimbledon.

Roger Federer is back on his beloved Wimbledon grass and feeling as confident as ever. The 29-year-old claimed his first slam title at Wimbledon and has triumphed at the All England Club 6 times and is looking to land his seventh Wimbledon crown.

Federer said, "It's funny, the first time I hit here on Monday, right away after ten minutes it felt so natural for me to play on grass and I hope that feeling's going to pay off by me going deep and hopefully winning the tournament."

Federer's rival Rafael Nadal, who just claimed a historic 6th French Open is looking to defend his Wimbledon men's title. Nadal hopes to produce another incredible back-to-back Grand Slam victory.

But World No. 2 Serb Novak Djokovic, after winning his first Grand Slam title in Melbourne, will challenge Nadal or Federer's reign on grass court.

And local favorite, British number one Andy Murray is assuming the hope of a nation after his success at the Queens Club a week ago.

In the women's draw, top seed Caroline Wozniacki is hoping to end her Grand Slam title drought as World No. 1.

Wozniacki said, "To be honest, no. I just go in there and I play, and I don't have to see how everything goes. I know I can play really well on grass. I've won Eastbourne before; I won the junior title. I know that I can play really good tennis."

But with American sisters Serena and Venus Williams back in action, the competition on the women's side will be difficult.
