When spring comes, it is time to start holding job fairs for graduate students. But things are a little bit different this year in Southwestern China. A large number of job fairs have been held for migrant workers. To find out why, our reporter Xia Ruixue covers Chongqing municipality, one of the major bases for migrant workers.

Q1: Ruixue, compared to previous years’ two sessions, what are the differences in the proposals regarding migrant workers this year?
