Q1: It is quite an achievement for China to have had increased grain production for nine consecutive years. But the country still faces challenges from food consumption increase and pressures on land due to urbanization and industrialization. So how can China maintain growing grain production and ensure food security in the future?

Q2: Farmers’ incomes are typically less than that of urban residents. What can China do to raise this for them?
