Crossover: ROK sees DPRK's missile launch as provocative

South Korea says the DPRK has fired four short-range missiles into its eastern waters. A South Korean defense ministry spokesman told a press conference that the missiles were fired from the DPRK’s southeastern coast on Thursday, and were believed to have a range of more than 200 kilometres. He said South Korea’s military is monitoring the situation.
