The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has rejected a conclusion drawn by a multinational team of investigators over warship Cheonan's sinking.

A spokesman from the National Defense Commission of the DPRK rejects the conclusion as a "fabrication". He also warns that the DPRK will take tough countermeasures, including an all-out war if new sanctions are imposed on the country. The commission says it will dispatch inspectors to South Korea to verify the claim announced by a multinational team of investigators.

Colonel Pak In Ho, DPRK Naval spokesman, said, "Our Korean People's Army was not founded for the purpose of attacking others. We have no intention to strike others first. So why should we attack a ship like the Cheonan which has no relation with us, no need to strike it and we have no significance in doing so."
