Stories of survival have emerged from the Air India plane crash.

Miraculously, at least six people escaped death. Yang Weihan tells us about their frightful experience.

The survivors are being treated in hospitals.

They spoke of their ordeal.

Stalin Mayakutti, Plane Crash Survivor, said, "We left Dubai at 1.15 and reached here at 6.20. While landing on the runway, the plane crashed. It shook, the pilot suddenly applied the brakes, it felt like we hit some buildings and then immediately the plane caught fire and was ripped into pieces. I fell out when the brakes were applied suddenly. Along with me, another four or five people also fell out."

Krishna, Plane Crash Survivor, said, "While landing at the airport, the plane deviated and hit something. It caught fire and we fell out. We looked up and saw an opening and came out through that route. We came out of the jungle and reached a railway track. From there some people brought us to the hospital."

Pradeep, Plane Crash Survivor, said, "At the time of the landing, as it touched down, a tire burst and the flight went out of control. Within five seconds of the blast there was fire and smoke all over; I could not even breathe. At that time, I saw a broken window through which I jumped to save myself, I hurt my legs and hands."

As they all relive the moments before the fatal accident, they all agree it is a miracle that they survived.
