A curfew has been imposed in all Muslim Majority areas of India-controlled Kashmir in a bid to stop further violent protests.
Thousands of policemen and paramilitary troops, have been deployed across all the major towns including Srinagar city, the summer capital of India-controlled Kashmir.
The step, was taken following the killing of three youths, during a protest on Tuesday evening, in Anant-nag town.
The killings triggered fresh protests, which saw protesters burning government vehicles, a police post and some private properties.
