Wu Poh-Hsiung said KMT will implement the ECFA with its biggest confidence and determination. The forum, sponsored by the KMT and the CPC, will open in Guangzhou on Saturday. It will concentrate on cross-Strait cooperation in green energy, energy conservation and environment protection.
