Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says he believes relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan are improving. Qureshi made the remarks in the lead-up to Tuesday's Kabul conference, which will focus on the Afghan war, reconstruction and development.
Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, "I just wanted to share with you the delight of having overseen a dramatic improvement in relations, bilateral relations, of Afghanistan and Pakistan over the last two years. Pakistan wants to help Afghanistan. It is for them to decide what they want to do, but we want to help them as good neighbors because we feel that a stable, peaceful, prosperous Afghanistan is in Pakistan's interest."
