Q1: Hello, Professor Xie, we know U.S. President Barack Obama has signed the financial regulation reform bill into law. It targets risk-taking behavior on Wall Street, and tries to help the US economy recover from the worst recession since the 1930s. What do you think of it?
Q2: The overall reform could take years to implement, with hundreds of new rules to be written and the transfer of authority between government agencies. Do you think the reform will be as effective as the U.S. administration expects?
