Q1: We know the direct cause behind Prime Minister Chung Un-Chan's resignation is his failure to prevent a major new city relocation project for numerous ministries and government agencies. Why is the ruling party and the Parliament at odds over the project? Given the ruling party's victory in July 29 by-election, do you think the president would eventually get the upper-hand and block the plan of his predecessor?
