Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, says there will be no talks with the US on the country's nuclear program unless Washington lifts sanctions and halts military threats.

Khamenei says America is not negotiating honestly. Previously, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said Iran is willing to resume negotiations in the coming weeks.

However, it's not clear if Khamenei is ruling out talks with the six world powers including the US, or rejecting bilateral talks with Washington alone.
