Hundreds of people have become ill in the US after a salmonella outbreak linked to eggs, occurred in three states. Federal officials warn more cases are likely in the coming days.
State officials in California, Colorado and Minnesota have linked more than 270 illnesses to eggs from the Wright County Egg company in northern Iowa.
