HK Chief Executive Donald Tsang extends condolences to victim's families

Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang has extended condolences to the families of those killed and injured, saying the SAR government will help victim's families overcome the painful aftermath. The SAR government has ordered all Hong Kong tourists in the Philippines to return home as soon as possible.

Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang said, "We are in contact with the Philippine government, making sure of our needs, that a maximum cooperation will be extended to our team and the families who are in Manila. We will also be arranging a charter flight this evening to enable these families if they are available to come back, to come back. And other tour groups who are now in Philippines to return on that flight."
