The top UN envoy for Somalia, Augustine Mahiga has strongly condemned Tuesday's suicide attack on a hotel in Somalia's capital city, Mogadishu.
He called it "callous" and "brutal" and "defying rational comprehension".
In the attack, Somali insurgents dressed as police officers, stormed the hotel and opened fire. They later blew themselves up.
The suicide attack killed at least 32 people including 15 Somali MPs.
