Hong Kong will lower the national flag to half-mast to mourn the victims of the bus hijacking, that happenend in the Philippines.
The condolence ceremony will be held at 8 a.m. local time, Thursday in Golden Bauhinia Square. Chief Executive Donald Tsang and other officials, will observe three-minutes of silence to give their respect to the eight who were killed in the bloody shoot-out. All government services will also be suspended.
