The 54 survivors of the deadly plane crash in Yichun city, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province are receiving medical treatment.
17 survivors in critical condition have been transported to the provincial capital Harbin.17 survivors arrived at four hospitals in Harbin on Friday morning.
Doctors immediately came up with treatment plans.Hao Tianjun, Harbin Medical University, said, "One is in worse condition than the others. His brain has been severely damaged. He's in very critical condition and may still lose his life."Hospitals in Harbin set up teams of medical experts for every one of the 32 patients.
Some patients may still be transferred to Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong Province.Cheng Youdong, Vice Governor, Heilongjiang Province, said, "The Heilongjiang provincial government will pay for all the medical costs. We will send the best doctor for best treatment."
One Taiwan resident, Chen Chonghua injured in the crash is now receiving treatment in Yichun. Doctors adopted an appropriate medical plan which has achieved desirable results.
Another eight survivors have also received treatment in Yichun city and are in stable condition.Besides physical treatment, hospitals have also employed psychological treatment to help survivors recover.
