Iraq's cross-sectarian Iraqia List bloc's media official Ahmad al-Dileimi says Arab and Islamic countries, mainly Egypt and Turkey, should send peace-keeping troops to Iraq with the coordination of the Arab League.

Dileimi argues that the US military pull-out is unreal with more than 50-thousand troops remaining and 7 military bases distributed around Iraq. The last US combat brigade in Iraq crossed into Kuwait on August 19th ahead of the August 31st deadline committed to by US President Barack Obama in his election campaign. Dileimi says the United States and its agents set a political process based on sectarian factors in Iraq.

Dileimi says the Iraqia List leader, Ayad Allawi is the best candidate to lead Iraq out of the crisis. The Iraqia List obtained 91 seats in Iraq's general elections in March. According to the Iraqi constitution, the group has the right to form a government. However, the Iraqi constitutional court made an objection.
