The eight-day World Combat Games wraps up in Beijing this weekend. The tournament was the biggest multi-day sports event held in the capital since the 2008 Olympic Games. Tony Perkins sees why the games have been a winner with fans.

Zhang Genxue, coach of China Wushu Team,said, "The games are very significant to the development of Chinese Wushu. Events like these promote Wushu upon the world stage."

Zou Shiming, Olympic Boxing Champions,said, "It's the first time combat sports have come together at the same time in Beijing. I think this first event has been great."
