For more on the ninth premiers' Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Tajikistan, let's turn to our current affairs commentator Gregory Yingnian Tsang.

Q1: Good evening! The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is quite a young multi-lateral cooperation framework. It is also thinking about expansion and admitting new members. Different from the EU or ASEAN, the SCO is not geographically bounded. What do you think of its prospects for future development and what role should it play in Asia and the world?

Q2: Now one quarter of Kazakstan's oil is exported to China. While Turkmenistan has the fourth largest natural gas reserve in the world. With China's increasing demand for energy, what is the best strategy for tapping the potential of energy cooperation within the SCO framework?
