The 4th plenary session of the 11th National People's Congress will open on Satruday morning. The opening meeting will begin at 9 am Beijing Time at the Great Hall of the People.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, will deliver a government work report to the meeting. CCTV News will bring you special live coverage of the meeting from 8:30 AM Beijing Time. Join us then.
