For more about the US, NATO, and EU positions on the Libya issue, we now cross live to our correspondent Vanessa Mock, who's in Brussels. Hello Vanessa.

Q1: The US plans to pull its military assets out of Libya today, but other nations, including non-NATO countries, are stepping in. Are there any concerns within the Alliance that the remaining forces may not be enough to fill the gap?

Q2: Talks seeking some kind of negotiated peace have been underway for several days, with many discussions held in London. Is there much optimism these efforts will succeed?

Q3: The EU says it's ready to launch its own military operation to support the humanitarian assistance mission in Libya. Can you tell us more about this?
