Hilary Clinton gives debt reassurance

US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton has reassured Asian nations that the impasse over the US debt ceiling will be solved.

She also said the country's long-term fiscal outlook will improve. During a speech to business leaders in Hong Kong Monday, Clinton said balancing the global economic order required changes from both the US, and Asia. Clinton arrived in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Sunday night, and is due to visit the Chinese mainland city of Shenzhen, before flying back to the US.
