A camera operator has captured the dramatic scenes within minutes of the blast that shattered central Oslo of Norway.

Johan Kristian Tan-berg was one of the first people on the scene following the explosion on Friday which killed seven outside government offices. Rubble litters the ground, injured people lie in pools of blood and survivors look stunned with disbelief.

A policeman wearing a florescent jacket walks through piles of jagged masonry and glass and shocked people walk apparently unharmed out of shattered office buildings. The bomb was the prelude to self-confessed killer Anders Beh-ring Brei-vik's slaughter of more than 80 people, mostly teenagers, on Utoeya island later the same day.
