Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference session begins in two days, and members are already arriving in Beijing. And they are carrying with them ideas in their proposals.

There's expected to be a variety of ideas brought up during the CPPCC session, but we can already get a sense of what's to come. Member Chi Baorong, for example, has brought a proposal that would make it easier for doctors to follow patients with a new reporting and recording system.

Chi Baorong, CPPCC member, said, "It's really necessary. This would allow doctors to track patients' conditions and get rid of many unnecessary checks."

Wang Shuming's proposal would expand the job market for the disabled by expanding media coverage of their struggles.

Wang Shuming, CPPCC member said, "Disabled people already recieve many work benefits, including income tax cuts. But they should recieve more media coverage and reporting on their progress of finding work. In this way, more and more people will pay attention to the disabled and provide help to them if they can."

But these are only a slice. Over the course of the eleven day meeting, CPPCC members are expected to deal with a wide range of issues, including agriculture, education, urbanization.
