Summer is on its way, but here in China, most of what we’re seeing for now is rain. In Yili, a city in northwestern Xinjiang Uygur Atonomous region, floods rushed down across the land and through the streets, damaging crops in many areas.

In south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, some roads have collapsed and over 800 residents have been forced to relocate temporarily.

In Chongqing municipality, heavy rain has caused landslides, sectioning the 3-1-8 national highway. The Chinese national meteorological center forecasts more rainy over the coming few days.
