Q1: Putin chose China as one of the first nations to visit as he kicks of his third term as president. Why is that so significant?

Q2: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a recent interview that relations between Russia and China have reached unprecedented high levels. Do you agree with his assessment?

Q3: Lavrov also said Putin's visit would see the signing of a joint communique on relations along with a number of commercial agreements. How will these impact bilateral ties?
