The Olympic flame has travelled on the London Underground as it continues its journey through each of the British capital’s 33 boroughs.

The torch was carried along the District line from Wimbledon to Wimbledon Park early in the morning, on a train with Olympic rings decorating the front. Another mode of transport showed its sports enthusiasm outside the Czech Republic House.

This typical double-decker bus was seen doing push-ups. It was part of an installation created by Czech artist David Cerny. Cerny and a group of 15 helpers turned the 607-ton vehicle into a "healthy and sportive" bus.

John Light will carry the torch from Wimbledon to Wimbledon Park in the driver's
cab of the Tube train.
