Q4: How does a proposal come into being?

Q5: Just as you mentioned, the CPPCC members do some research before giving a proposal. Are there any channels of communication for public opinions to be reflected in the proposal?

Q6: The proposals are discussed during the meeting by all the members in the group. How hard it is to reach a consensus, considering that members come from different regions and have various levels of development?

Q7: What happens to a proposal after being passed?

Q8: What do the CPPCC members do to fulfil their duties when not in session?
