Huai River area is one of the most productive places in China and the Huai River is one of the most difficult rivers to control. Rivers can be both friendly and hostile. It depends on how we deal with them. The people along the river rely on the river, while flood do great harm to them. The Sichuan earthquake destroyed the Sangzhao town in Sichuan province. Now the town is reconstructed and hopes are renewed. After the natural disasters, people begin to learn how to be safe and how to protect themselves when the disasters coming. (Part2)
