China´s State General Administration of Sport issued "Fitness For All" guidelines on Sept.7th,2009. The plan aims to promote sports among more people nationwide.The guidelines are the first of their kind,and are composed of 6 chapters and 40 items. The fundamental goal of the road map to fitness is to encourage more people to take up sports,with the help of various organizations.
