Federer eases into quarter-final of Toronto Masters

Roger Federer will get another shot at the man that ended his run at Wimbledon as the Toronto Masters event enters the quarter-finals. Federer will meet Tomas Berdych after getting by Michael Llodra. Berdych, has beaten Federer twice in a row this season.

Playing in his first tournament since Wimbledon, Federer struggled early and handed the Frenchman an early break on a double fault to fall behind 3-0. Federer, though would recover to take the first set in a tie-break.

Federer would wrap up the win with a 6-3 win in the second set. He moves on for the date with his nemesis Berdych.
