Toulouse beat Bordeaux 2-1

Over in France's Ligue 1 where Toulouse has continued its impressive start to the Ligue 1 season. TFC, going 2-0 on the season thanks to a 2-1 victory at Bordeaux on Sunday.

Toulouse broke through just before half time. Moussa Sissoko threaded a superb ball through to Norwegian winger Daniel Braaten, whose cool finish silenced the Bordeaux fans. 1-0 Toulouse.

48th minute. Bordeaux equalized after the break following a slick move down the left. Fernando Cavenaghi's inch-perfect cross found Jaroslav Plasil and the Czech Republic international gave keeper Mathieu Valverde no chance. 1-1.

A lapse in concentration in the 82nd minute cost the hosts their first point of the season.

Bordeaux failed to read Fode Mansare's free kick and an unmarked Etienne Didot slotted the ball through Olimpa's legs to give Toulouse their second win from as many matches this season. 2-1 the final.

Lille draw 0-0 with PSG

In other action, Lille took on PSG.

Tulio De Melo came close to finding the top corner of the net in the 18th minute after getting on the end of a pinpoint cross from Mathieu Debuchy.

It wasn't long before PSG started creating chances of their own.

Brazilian signing Nene was making the most of the open space and his ball from the left was headed just wide of the post by Turkish-born striker Mevlut Erding.

Nene, who scored in his debut last week, continued to cause the home side headaches. His powerful strike just before half time forced a good save from Lille goalkeeper Mickael Landreau.

72nd minute, PSG threaten again.Mathieu Bodmer's quickly taken free-kick put Guillaume Hoarau in the clear but the striker couldn't find the target. 0-0.
