We begin at the World Weightlifting Championships in Turkey, and another golden day for China. Ouyang Xiaofang, winning two medals on Monday, including a gold medal in the women's 63 kg snatch after only resuming training just three months ago.

Ouyang's closest rival was Sibel Simsek from the host country, who lifted 108kg in her first attempt and raised her second attempt to 111kg.

Ouyang then increased her third attempt to 112kg from 109kg and forced Simsek to lift first. Simsek failed in her second attempt but managed to hoist the bar with her third attempt.

Needing one more lift, Ouyang steadily raised 112kg over her head and captured the snatch gold. Ouyang says the gold was a "pleasant surprise" for her, noting her best results in practice were 110kg in snatch.
