Bucks end Mavericks 12-game winning streak with 103-99 win

Brandon Jennings scored 23 points and laid on 10 assists as the Milwaukee Bucks rallied from a 20-point second-quarter deficit to a four point victory over the Mavericks ending Dallas' 12-game winning streak.

Jason Terry and the Mavericks hosted the Bucks in Dallas. The Mavericks led 42-22 in the second quarter, but Andrew Bogut and the Bucks answered with an 11-0 run and narrowed the gap at halftime to 52-43.

The Bucks trailed throughout the first half, but they started attacking the basket after halftime and played with more intensity, pushing in front 75-74 entering the final quarter.

Nowitzki sunk a fadeaway jumper in the closing seconds of the quarter to keep it close. Milwaukee held a 16-6 edge in points in the third quarter thanks to 10 points from Jennings.

With the game tied at 79, Marion hit a layup and Nowitzki swished a 3-pointer from the right wing on the next possession to give Dallas an 84-79 lead.

But the Bucks stormed back with a 14-0 run. Bogut who contributed 21 points and 14 rebounds would have two dunks during the run that was capped by Ersan Ilyasova's 3-pointer with 3:32 to play for a 97-88 lead. Dirk Nowitzki scored 30 points and Shawn Marion had 14 for the Mavericks, but they were still in short.

Jennings put the Bucks up 101-96, before then sealing the 103-99 win.
