Our correspondent in L.A., Michaelene Tetteh tells us fans in L.A. don't take well to change, but they do expect success.

Most people expected that filling the vacany left by former lakers head coach phil jackson would be a very difficult task. Virtually no one expected it to happen so fast.Just 2 and a half weeks after the lakers were swept in the playoffs by the dallas mavericks. The lakers made a deal with mike brown to be the new head coach.

Mike Brown has been sitting out for a year from the NBA after spending five seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Lakers fans are wondering if brown's style of coaching will work in Los Angeles.

What works most in lakers land is NBA titles, and one thing every lakers fan can agree on is that they want another championship very soon.
