The Milwaukee Brewers hosted the Pittsburgh Pirates. Andrew McCutchen powers a ball to left over the head of Ryan Braun. The ball bounces over the fence for a ground rule double. Garett Jones scores from second base and givse the Pirates an early 1-0 lead.

Eighth inning, Braun levels the contest with a sharp RBI single to centre field. The Pirates had a strikeout that should have ended the inning earlier, but the catcher dropped the ball. So now, the match is tied at one all.

They go to the tenth with Brewers getting a chance for the win. Morgan sends a fly ball to right field that is deep enough for George Kottaras to tag up from third and score on the sacrifice fly. The Brewers win it, 2-1.
