Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, the owner of the New Jersey Nets, staged a charity basketball match in Moscow to raise money for relatives of victims of the recent ferry disaster which killed 122 people.
The owner played alsongside the New Jersey Nets coaches, Avery Johnson and Popeye Jones, and former WNBA player Svetlana Abrosimova. Russian Presidential aide, Arkady Dvorkovich, also got into the action but fittingly, it was Prokhorov himself who opened the scoring, the game ending in a diplomatic 65 all draw.
