Inter Milan will try and reverse a disturbing trend. The 2010 European champions have lost four of their last five Champions League matches, including their last two at home.

Their Serie A campaign also began poorly - a 4-3 defeat to Palermo was the first time Inter had conceded four goals in a league match in more than seven years. Little surprise then that Inter coach Gian Piero Gasperini is not taking the challenge of the Champions League debutantes from Turkey lightly.

Gian Piero Gasperini, Inter Milan coach said, "It is not a positive time for us. We cannot take things for granted and think we can win every game. Our opponents are talented. They are fast and we have to be careful."
