Elsewhere Ireland trained at Auckland's Mount Smart Stadium ahead of Saturday's crucial pool C encounter at Eden Park against Tri Nations champions, and one of the tournament favorites, Australia. Ireland is hoping for a change of fortune as it has lost four of its last five matches, scrapping to a 22-10 win over the USA in its tournament opener in New Plymouth. Ireland will name its starting lineup later today and you can bet it will be the strongest lineup they can muster.
