Inter traveled to Cesena with 4 wins in 5 league games. But the club missed a couple of chances Yuto Nagatomo and Diego Milito both failed to find the target.

But Andrea Ranocchia came through, 18 minutes into the second half. Inter Milan held on to top Cesena 1-0.
